I didn’t need customer service but they were kind enough to answer a curious question I had about the herbs used. The mat came well packaged. It exceeded my expectations in quality and appearance. The indigo is lovely. It grips the carpet just fine so I know it will be great on the wooden floors. I’ve done a 1 hour vin to yin and I would have to say I’d like the grip to be a bit better. Though the ribs are helpful there as well as helping with alignment. Over all I couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful hand crafted cotton yoga mat. 💕

I am in love with my new mat. Everyone is asking where I got it. It is a new feeling during my practice but it was an easy transition. I love the ridges on the edges which are very supportive and aid in practice. It smells beautiful and came lovingly wrapped in a sewn cotton bag and cardboard box. No plastic. I enjoy this yoga mat however I have to get used to the thickness. I’ve been using the fake ones for years. So I’m used to a certain amount of cushion but it’s better this way. It encourages more engagement with body and mind during the practice. The colors are beautiful, it smells very natural, & the material is top notch. Customer service was kind to me as I complained of custom fees(I’m in Thailand). I suggested to include them into the price as we purchase items online. I’m not sure of how all of that works but it was just a suggestion… Overall I’m very happy with my yoga mat and being a traveler it is extremely travel friendly.

Amaaaazing customer service and super fast shipping. Beautiful rug, I just have it open all the time because its so nice. The bottom part is really really non slip (my floor is suuuper slippery so thats saying a lot)! Definitely a transition from synthetic yoga mats, but the ridges help and thats kind of the point, but just beware the grip is very different which is great if you welcome the challange and opportunity for growth or are already an advanced yogi.
